Quotes, jobs and invoices for trades. Big buttons, nothing to learn. Your customer gets a WhatsApp link to say yes, sign off and see the bill — no app, no email, no login.
No card required · free plan never expires · works on any phone · customers never install anything
Six stages, one screen, big buttons. Each stage follows from the one before it, so nothing is forgotten and nothing is set by hand.
Add the customer once. Every enquiry is numbered and carries the services they asked for — one customer, many enquiries, nothing mixed up. Overdue follow-ups surface on your dashboard by themselves.
Your service catalogue prices and deliverables drop straight onto the quote. The customer opens one link, accepts or declines with a reason. Accepted means won: the job is created with the quote's lines, and the invoice is one click from the job.
Every job has steps. When it's ready, write a note and send them the link — the customer looks and accepts on their page, no account needed. Their dashboard shows everything you've done together: quotes, jobs, invoices.
Invoiced, collected, outstanding, overdue, days to get paid. Enquiries, quotes sent and won, average quote. Jobs started and completed. Your top customers, your best-selling services, month by month — this month, this year, all time.
One person or a small crew — you take the call, quote the job, do the work, collect the money. Serviceitz keeps all of it in your pocket.
Service, parts, insurance renewal — quote from your price list, customer says yes, bike is ready, bill on WhatsApp.
Quote on the spot, get the yes before you open the toolbox, invoice before you leave.
Diagnose, quote parts and labour, share the link — the customer approves from the sofa.
Room by room or the whole house — one quote, one job, one invoice, one link.
Repeat customers, fixed prices, fast bills — and a customer page that shows everything you did for them.
If the customer says yes to a price before you start, Serviceitz is your tool.
New → Quote → Won / Lost → WIP → Due → Paid. Every stage follows from the one before it — nothing is set by hand.
A customer enquires. You add the enquiry with the services they want. It sits in New until a quote goes out.
Build the quote from your catalogue and share the link on WhatsApp. The enquiry moves to Quote the moment it's sent.
The customer accepts — Won, job created. They decline with a reason — you revise and resend. Only you can mark a enquiry Lost.
Work the job's steps. Share the acceptance link when it's ready; the customer accepts on their page.
Raise the invoice from the job with one click. Due dates and overdue amounts track themselves.
Record the payment. The enquiry, job and invoice all read Paid, and Reports move.
The Free plan has every feature and never expires. Upgrade when the limits bite, cancel any time and return to Free.
Help is a button in the top bar. Every ticket is numbered and answered by a person in the same thread — usually within a working day.
Quotes and invoices are yours, as PDFs. Issued invoices are never deleted, only cancelled, so your numbering stays honest. Export any time.
All plans start free. Every feature on every plan — Starter widens the limits, Pro removes them. Change or cancel any time.

No. Your customer gets a link — to the quote, the finished job to accept, the invoice, or their own dashboard showing everything you've done together. They open it, act, and close it. Nothing to install, nothing to pay.
Only when the customer accepts the quote. There is no Won button. The moment they accept, the enquiry is won, the customer is confirmed and the job is created. If they agree on a call instead, you create the job from the quote and Serviceitz records the acceptance for you.
They must give a reason. The quote comes back to you marked declined with that reason — revise it and resend, or send it again as is. A enquiry only becomes Lost when you say so.
Yes. Each quote picks its currency — INR, USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SGD, AUD or CAD — and the job and invoice raised from it carry the same currency.
Yes. Set your legal name, GSTIN, address and bank details once; every invoice prints them, becomes a Tax Invoice, shows the customer's GSTIN, and downloads as a PDF. Issued invoices are never deleted, only cancelled.
