Your email and name; the business details you enter (name, address, tax numbers, bank details you choose to print); the customers, enquiries, quotes, jobs, invoices and payments you record; support tickets; and technical logs needed to run the service.
To run your workspace, print your documents, send the emails you trigger (a quote or invoice to your customer, a login code to you), bill you, and answer support. We do not sell data and we do not advertise.
You are the controller of your customers' details; we process them only to provide the service to you. We never contact your customers on our own.
Your workspace and everything in it is stored in the United States — Amazon Web Services, Northern Virginia — through our hosting providers Vercel and Supabase. Encrypted backups are held separately with Backblaze. If you are in India, this means your data is transferred outside India and held abroad; by using Serviceitz you agree to that transfer. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we store payment references, never card numbers.
Delete your account whenever you like: Settings → Close this business inside the app, or follow Delete your account if you can no longer sign in. Everything you recorded goes immediately; the only thing we keep is the invoices we issued you for your subscription, with the name and address they were billed to, because Indian tax law requires us to retain our own accounting records. Encrypted backups roll off within 90 days. To export instead, write to serviceitz@grandfieldmedia.com.
