Sign in at app.serviceitz.com, open Settings, scroll to Close this business, type your business name and confirm. It happens immediately.
Write to serviceitz@grandfieldmedia.com from the email address you signed in with, asking us to delete your account. We do it within 30 days and email you when it is done. If you write from another address we will ask you to confirm from the one on the account, so that nobody else can close your business.
Everything you recorded: your customers and their contact details, your enquiries, quotes, jobs, invoices and payments, your service catalogue, your business settings, your support tickets, and your sign-in. Your subscription is cancelled at the same moment, so you are not charged again.
The invoices we issued you for your subscription, including the name and address they were billed to. Those are our own accounting records and Indian tax law requires us to retain them; they are kept for as long as the law requires and are used for nothing else. Nothing else about you or your customers is kept.
Encrypted backups roll off within 90 days, after which no copy of your data remains anywhere.
